My work is grounded in attachment-based and trauma-informed therapy, which means we look not just at symptoms, but at the root causes—often found in early relationships and unmet emotional needs. I integrate evidence-based treatment modalities like CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to support lasting change.
