Hello! I'm Rileigh (she/her/hers). I utilize a person-centered, collaborative approach to therapy and view clients as the experts of their lives. My role involves supporting exploration, self-awareness, and growth toward the goals clients bring into the therapeutic space. I recognize that life is complex and context matters. With an open and curious mindset, my clients and I often consider how identities, cultures, relationships, environments, and systems are connected to their lives and concerns.
I have experience providing individual and family therapy with clients ranging in age from early childhood through middle adulthood who experience a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, trauma, attachment injuries, relational challenges, as well as academic and career concerns.
