Hey, I'm Rileigh. My work is geared towards developing a more trusting relationship with yourself over time. To dismantle the "shoulds," and meet the self in the midst of the chaos. To learn to develop and trust your own inner wisdom, direction, and purpose. To assist with your journey, I use play, creativity, and relationship to help with integration, coregulation, and attachment to self. I believe many of our challenges often stem from attachment wounding, unintegrated trauma, and systemic oppression- often by accident!
Right now, my priority will be focusing on using EMDR skills and those who wish to pursue EMDR work. I will be opening up EMDR intensives soon. I am EMDR Trained, and am working towards advanced level certification. I love integrating expressive arts, play, sandtray, and other non-talk based modality to truly integrate experiences.
I won't pretend to know everything, but side by side we can figure it out. I am extremely familiar with meeting confusion, overwhelm, hopelessness, and other uncomfortable and often intolerable feelings- and making friends with them. It continues to be hard but important work. That's why I do it too, and am here to walk with those who wish to do the same.
