Hi, I’m Rikki. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and focused on creating a safe space where you can feel truly heard. I like to mix my clinical therapy practice with some applicable life skills along with some fun and humor to make real change while enjoying your therapy experience. I work with people navigating stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions like starting a new job, going away to college, or entering retirement. I pull from approaches like CBT, DBT, and IFS, but always tailor therapy to fit you.
Most of all, I believe change happens through connection with your therapist. I want you to feel comfortable talking about the real you and the real struggles you are facing. My goal is to support you in finding relief, building confidence, and moving toward a life that feels fulfilling.
