I am Rikki Hester, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in North Carolina with more than 17 years of experience. My goal is to create an experience that is genuine, caring, and safe. I am passionate about working with adolescents, adults, and couples to address their unique challenges. Please note that I provide therapy and not assessment in my role. I have valuable insight into daily life challenges as well as major life events that can cause disruption in your life.

I completed my Master's degree in Social Work at the University of Arkansas-Little Rock. Additionally, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Christian counseling, allowing me to provide faith-based therapy to clients who prefer that as part of the therapeutic process.
