I’m Rikki Clark McCoy, a Black therapist, founder of Flourishing Minds LLC, and trauma-informed yoga teacher dedicated to helping people reconnect with themselves and reclaim their peace. With over 10 years of experience, I create healing spaces where you don’t have to shrink, perform, or carry everything alone. Through Flourishing Minds LLC, I support individuals who are ready to break free from cycles of stress, people-pleasing, anxiety, trauma, and disconnection. My work is especially rooted in affirming and empowering Black and marginalized communities who deserve spaces where they feel fully seen, safe, and supported.
My approach blends traditional therapy with holistic healing practices like breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, movement, and energy healing—because true healing involves both the mind and body. I believe healing is not about “fixing” yourself, but about returning home to who you are beneath the burnout, survival mode, and emotional exhaustion.
