I tailor my methods to the individual, as each person presents a unique personality and has different circumstances. My approach is person centered and I utilize CBT and mindfulness skills in my sessions. I specialize in issues of depression, anxiety, trauma, lack of motivation, self-esteem, struggles in relationships, and more.
I am passionate about empowering my clients and believe in a collaborative, therapeutic relationship. My role in the therapeutic relationship is to shed light on your strengths, provide you with new coping skills, and challenge the negative thoughts that get in our way.
