I do not have availability for bi-weekly or intermediate sessions. When life stressors or traumas arise, it's easy to feel like everything is falling apart. As a mental health therapist, I aim to help my clients heal and navigate through these difficult times. Whether it's children, adults, or families, my approach is to help clients find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so that they can feel complete, whole, and safe.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Play Therapy. My specialties include LGBTQIA2+, marital issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, parenting, WISe Wraparound services, and Inpatient Psychiatric care.
Together, we will explore family-of-origin dynamics and personal values to better understand patterns and ideas that have been beneficial or may not be serving the life you want to live. I approach therapy with a collaborative style that is grounded in mind-body awareness and warm, respectful consideration of the many factors that shape who you are today.
