Our Team
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor providing somatic, trauma-informed therapy across the lifespan, supporting children, teens, adults, parents, families, seniors, and faith communities. I integrate Somatic Experiencing principles, attachment-based therapy, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and culturally responsive care. I support trauma, divorce, custody, co-parenting, parenting, aging, and family transitions, with additional expertise in cultural identity, immigration, and diasporic experiences.

Caroline Olotu is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a Family Nurse Practitioner. She sees both Adults and Children. She specializes in psychiatric mental health care, specializing in the evaluation & treatment of ADHD and related disorders such as anxiety, depression, test anxiety, insomnia, depression, PTSD and Bipolar disorder. We provide medication management if you’re already taking Adderall, Vyvanse, Ritalin, or other ADHD medications, after an initial evaluation, we can provide refills for your medication. Tele-medicine sessions available
