We specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, and depression. We are strength based andoften use an eye movement therapy called Accelerated Resolution Therapy . Anxiety and depression can stem from experiences in the past, and ART gets at the heart of the problem to help you quickly move forward by using the latest brain science. We see clients for short term therapy to reduce trauma symptoms and restore resilience. We specialize in working with first responders and first responder couples.
Our therapists have a wide variety of experience which has given us our informed perspective that includes the whole person and their environment. We will work with you to find the root of the problem you are experiencing and guide you towards progress and resolution based on your existing strengths.
We specialize in working with Law Enforcement and first responders. In addition to providing individual and couples therapy, we provide mental health training, crisis consultation, and training for therapists who want to learn how to effectively work with first responders.
