Alyssa's goal is to provide access to mental health services for mothers, fathers, parents, adolescents, and families. She has been blessed with many opportunities to expand her knowledge and skills. She has provided direct care to individuals facing challenges related to depression, anxiety, family relational stress, adjustment disorders, perinatal and postpartum, problematic sexual behaviors in children/adolescents, bereavement, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Veterans, and the Amish community.
Alyssa has received specialty training and certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Perinatal and Postpartum Mental Healthcare (PMH-C), Problem Solving Therapy (PST).
