Ride The Wave Recovery serves clients in Santa Cruz & Greater Bay, CA via Telehealth and is the practice of Kat Zwick. RtW provides services to those recovering from or having recovered from eating disorders, substance misuse, dysfunctional relational patterns, co-occurring trauma and who live with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA realities. Ride The Wave Recovery also offers affirming coaching and therapy services to those who struggle with executive dysfunction.
In addition to skills-based work, RtW also offers process groups to those seeking greater relational balance and greater self and relational intimacy; folks may also be seeking to reduce, eradicate or continue recovery from compulsive behaviors such as problematic substance use, disordered eating, sexual compulsions, and other similar behaviors.

Telehealth 23-Week LGBT Affirming DBT Group
Next group will start Fall 2025! This Telehealth 23-week group series may be helpful for those who currently struggle with their own guilt, shame, self-hatred, black-and-white thinking, emotional volatility or sensitivity in interpersonal situations, self-harm, dysfunctional communication patterns, reactive suicidality, helplessness, disordered eating, or other process compulsions, and substance use issues. The LUNCHTIME GROUP meets Tuesdays from 11:45a - 1:15p and Thursdays from 12-12:55p **Pacific time.**LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodivergent affirming, social justice lens.
