I work with individuals (16+) and draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and the Gottman Method for couples work.
