I really value listening to you because you’re the expert of your experience, and it’s important for me to really understand and feel what you’re going through so we can effectively work through it together - whether it be trauma, toxic stress, depression, disorganized thoughts, social anxiety, or a desire for more fulfilling relationships and life experiences. Past clients have quickly felt a sense of safety, trust, and support when working with me, allowing us to work towards their therapy goals with a lot of strength, motivation, and clarity.
I do individual/group therapy, using traditional talk therapy and/or active musical interventions (no musical experience required!) like improvisation, songwriting, and recording to work towards your goals. I use humor, creativity, a focus on your strengths, current challenges, a collaborative process, and a clarity about what is being worked on in therapy.
I’m currently accepting new online clients in New York state and other select areas around the world.
