I work with a wide variety of people with different backgrounds and complaints. Patients may complain of depression, anxiety, anger, mood fluctuation, difficulty sleeping, obsessive behaviors, impulsivity, difficulty concentrating, paranoia, hallucinations, addiction, and more. People simply want to be able to be in control of these symptoms and reach the point where they're not impacting their lives in any negative way. Patients want to optimize their abilities and break down barriers that stand in their way.
My training is medical, which focuses on physical health and medication management. While my focus is on finding medications that may best fit one's condition, I also have a deep belief in a balanced, comprehensive approach. I love to work with people to set goals, improve their daily habits, improve their nutrition, and improve their exercise.
