My professional work spans over 12 years, across the spectrum in age, 9 – 65. I help identify values, illuminate barriers interfering with living a fulfilling life, such as mental health symptoms, substance or alcohol use/abuse, or intra/inter-personal issues, and then create effective goals to begin making meaningful change.
I would love to collaborate with you. For my part, I will offer a non-judgmental stance toward you and the issues/barriers presented. I’ll provide a balance of maintaining focus on your goals while also providing a listening ear and space for processing powerful emotions. I’m a community based clinician, working with you either in your home/other settings.
