As a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC), I work with athletes, performers, and teams on mental skills training, leadership, and character development. I also specialize in relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, ADHD and learning disabilities, life transitions, PTSD, EMDR, and identity concerns with adolescents and adults.
Our minds and bodies are capable of incredible feats. Developing them both is key to our overall health.
