Thank you for visiting my profile. These are unusual times we are experiencing which calls for unusual methods of therapy. Currently several Employee Assistance Programs, and Behavioral Health Insurance coverage are covering these methods. I also take private pay for clients not having or wanting to use any provider coverage. I am practicing teletherapy where I will utilize email to send intake forms and disclosure, while the talk therapy is done on the phone. The sessions are approximately 45-50 minutes each done in the convenience of where you are at the time.
I will strive to support you while providing a place to help you take control of your life one day at a time. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma therapy, particularly with women & their relationships. While our relationship can be the greatest source of support, they can also be stressful as unresolved issues create anxiety and depression.
Since everyone experiences stress differently, this time is not any different and I will never judge how you are dealing with it. My hope is that you feel free to express your fears, your hopes, and most of all the honest feelings which may be coming up. Talking about these built up feelings will provide a relief.
