Ricki Kalayci takes a trauma-informed, attachment-focused approach to therapy. With a foundation in family therapy and attachment theory, she supports individuals navigating relationship challenges, childhood trauma, and complex family dynamics. Ricki integrates somatic practices, neuroscience, and existential therapy to promote deep, lasting healing on both psychological and physiological levels. She fosters a compassionate, empowering space where insight and transformation can unfold.

Ricki works with teenagers adults seeking support with relationship challenges and family dynamics, childhood trauma and attachment wounds, stress, anxiety, and emotional regulation, building resilience and self-compassion, mind-body connection and somatic healing. She helps clients explore the roots of emotional patterns and restore a sense of safety.
