Do you need help managing daily life stress in ways that let you stay productive even when it all seems overwhelming? I work collaboratively with clients to understand the source of their struggles and address issues underlying their outward distress. I will help you feel heard and understood while provide a safe space to explore needed changes, increase your self-awareness, and acquire individualized skills to guide you toward sustained wellness.
It can be hard to acknowledge that you need support for your mental health. It can also be hard to access good care. Once you do, my intention is to provide a non-judgmental, authentic, creative space and guidance for you to do meaningful, personal therapeutic work.
