Male Adolescent Group
This group is designed for male adolescents to learn more about themselves and how to navigate the relationship with others. The group format facilitated by Dr. Underwood allows for structured conversations and modeling of processing anger, frustration, and feelings of belonging. The group environment allows for real life application and development and enhancing social skills, boundaries, and integrity. The group setting provides a safe and confidential environment for members to share and seek information in a non-judging community. Groups are limited to 6 to 8 members, meeting once a week for 60 minutes.

Processing Life Adjustments/Relationships
The issues of life often bring the need for adjustment and processing of the life experiences such as grief, loss, and relational woundedness. This group is designed for adults to learn more about themselves and behaviors and actions that may be a result of unprocessed hurts and disappointments that can lead to depression and anxiety. The group setting provides a safe and confidential environment for members to share and seek information in a non-judging community. Groups are limited to 6 to 8 members, meeting once a week for 60 minutes. Most groups meet for 6 to 10 consecutive weeks.

Men's Life Group
These groups meet weekly, are open to newcomers and are ongoing. The group consists of 6 to 8 participants who are striving for integrity, authenticity and to understand healthy intimacy. The sessions provide a safe and confidential environment to receive support and maintain accountability. Groups are limited to 6 to 8 members, meeting once a week for 50 minutes.
