Furthermore we can work toward expand your overall awareness of yourself as well as your environment, thereby becoming a more complete person.
My methodology is rooted in both psychodynamic and mindfulness approaches to psychotherapy as well as a strong cognitive behavioral background. With this background I will help you address your problems from multiple perspectives for maximum effectiveness.
While this jargon may sound cold and technical, your experience of therapy will not be as I am personable and very down to earth about the difficulty of everyday life.
