Neurofeedback can help you train your brain and body not to go into the “fight/flight/freeze” reactions common with trauma survivors.
For children and adolescents: For those diagnosed with ADD/ADHD, the American Academy of Pediatrics finds neurofeedback a highly effective (Level I), non-medication approach. I start with a full diagnostic scan; then I design an individualized program which most children experience as playing video games. I hold Board Certifications in Bio/Neurofeedback.
