Somatic psychotherapy is body and mind approach which brings awareness to new ways of coping with personal challenges. This approach helps you shift habitual patterns shaped by early experiences, trauma, or abuse and carried in the body even when you’re not fully aware of them, that may limit your relationships or life goals. These patterns are often difficult to access through the mind alone. In the safety of therapy, they can be explored, understood, and gradually transformed with compassion and insight. Because every healing journey is unique, my approach is collaborative, grounded in curiosity and respect.
My practice is informed by training in somatic movement therapy. I offer tools that help you integrate sensory experience with your feelings and thoughts—essential for healing trauma. NeuroAffective Touch, body awareness, and nervous system regulation are some of the approaches I use to help you develop new perspectives that align with your life today.
