Body psychotherapy—Everyone’s healing journey is different and personal, deeply rooted in your own experiences and desires. These tools support your somatic imagination, helping integrate past experiences into new perspectives that align with your life today.
With 25 years of experience, I’ve worked with individuals and couples through trauma, abuse, neglect, grief, and loss.
