Connection, intimacy, desire, love, and joy are the things in life that enrich our human experience. When we struggle with these, life can feel very lonely. I believe that you have endless potential, but sometimes life can get in the way. My hope is to get some of the muck out of the way so you can be your best self on any given day.
I used a model of therapy called AEDP which focuses on healing and flourishing. I am also a Certified Sex Therapist (CST) and I focus on issues related to human sexuality. I'm also excited about the use of psychedelics in healing modalities - I'm ready to help clients integrate their experiences with psychedelics into their healing journey.
