Not accepting new clients - EMDR certified - Did something happen to you that you can't bounce back from? Give me a call or text directly at 530-636-0789! I'll respond as soon as I can! Emotional wounds can be deeper and more hurtful than anything that bleeds and before we know it we're losing it over a broken pencil. Trauma, depression and anxiety can turn our lives upside down where we don't feel like ourselves anymore (rude!). How do I know? I've also suffered with depression, anxiety and ADD. Thankfully, it's not a life sentence and through our therapy you can rediscover the freedom, security and simple joys of life again
You're doing the best you can but you recognize that you need professional help. I'm here for you! I can help you relinquish emotions stuck in the body and shift those pesky beliefs and thoughts that are no longer serving you. I stay up to date with new knowledge and tools that are most effective for treating people with PTSD, depression and anxiety.

This group is to help men become courageous and resilient, connect with others in an open, safe environment and learn how to resolve recurrent problems. Sharing emotions can be an especially difficult thing to do for men who never felt safe doing so; afraid of being viewed as weak or simply not knowing how to communicate or express ourselves effectively. Together we can support one another through life's challenges and redefine what it means to be a man.
