Are you asking, "Why", or feel a lack of energy to even do the simplest things? I know what that is like. Self regulation, mental anguish and confusion may not improve on its own. Once the problem is identified, I would like to help you develop measurable and productive mental health goals. With your goals we can look at your strengths and a pathways to foster healing and hope.

I am a Christian, and I can bring faith into our sessions if you the client desires. Since I worked in a prison, I came across vast amount of multicultural clients thus I believe my tools are sound and available without judgement. The main therapeutic concept in my view is learning to change distorted thinking. Think right, feel right. Questions welcomed.
