About

Asking for help can be incredibly difficult, but I'd like to help change that. Are you feeling overwhelmed after a loss? Do you feel stuck, trapped, helpless or lost in life? Are you anxious, angry or depressed while navigating a difficult life transition? Do you struggle with feelings of shame and/or low self-esteem? Or are you feeling stressed and in need of guidance entering a new phase of life? You don’t have to navigate these feelings alone. I have spent years helping people navigate grief and loss through counseling, facilitating support groups, developing bereavement programs, and speaking at seminars, trainings and events.
I provide a safe, supportive therapeutic environment to help clients express painful thoughts and emotions associated with loss, or other stressful life events. My philosophy and approach blends best practices from both peer-based and professional experiences to best meet the needs of those who are hurting and in need of help.
My goal is to help clients identify key strengths that build resiliency and can lay the foundation for long term healing and growth. As impossible as it might seem, you can have renewed hope and rediscover a life with meaning and purpose. Let's take the first step today!
