Life is challenging and at times can be overwhelming. The need to have two Income families, shuttling kids to school then to activities such as sporting events, dance practice and band practice is very daunting to say the least. Sometimes people turn to substance abuse, and other unhealthy behaviors which then become a problem rather then a solution. This affects all family members. The real solution lies within each of us.
