Are you suffering from emotional burden that comes with stress, trauma, and unhealthy mental habits? I use evidenced-based techniques like EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (which utilizes bilateral stimulation) to heal unprocessed trauma and negative conditioning. Inner communications between emotions, the brain, and the body become blocked or separated when unprocessed trauma is stored. Once this natural inner communication is restored, releases and healings happens rapidly, often automatically. I am the only Licensed Mental Health Professional in La who is a Certified Acceptance and Integration Training (AAIT) Practitioner.

I also offers CBT, Trauma Resolution Energy Therapy (TRET), Internal Family Systems (IFS), sandtray therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), & Ericksonian Hypnosis; The specialized therapeutic models I use provide FAST relief from emotional pain & suffering from various mental illnesses, with lasting results.
