As a licensed counselor, an ordained minister, and what they call an acu-detox specialist; I can offer you a listening ear, an acupuncture treatment, and a balanced view of how to navigate this thing we call life. If your experiences with religion have left you filled with guilt and shame, a more balanced and realistic view of spirituality may be helpful to you. I am supportive of abstinence, Moderation Management, S.O.S., S.M.A.R.T., MAT, & all other forms of harm reduction recovery.
The acupuncture, via a method called acu-detox, can increase sleep quality, decrease feelings of stress, enhance your immune system, & give you an over-all sense of well-being.
