I was born and raised in Oregon and currently live in the Rogue Valley. I love the outdoors and being in my body, especially exercising in all sorts of ways. I love people and center myself around nurturing my closest relationships . I have a warm, caring personality and most people find me easy to be around. New clients love my calm and grounding presence.
I am a Certified Hakomi Therapist and often use mindfulness-based approaches including Re-Creation of Self Therapy. I have a deep connection to shamanic practices as well, and love to bring this to our work when appropriate. I am passionate about helping other healers and clinicians in our community and often serve as "the counselor's therapist".
