Please go to my full website for more information. A great deal of my work has been with adults who were abused as children. Sexual, physical, and emotional abuse in childhood can greatly limit the degree to which one can function fully and find fulfilling relationships. I have an endless amount of compassion for the pain that life can bring and a tremendous amount of respect for the courage that it takes to look honestly at ourselves.
I can promise you that I will not simply sit and nod occasionally while you tip-toe around the crucial issues. I see my job as being a catalyst, so you will find me to be straight forward and direct in our therapy sessions. I am Level 2 Trained in IFS (Internal Family Systems) and Parnell trained in EMDR. I am also a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist.
I am a strong believer in rapid and effective therapy. I will sometimes suggest that we include IFS or Attachment Focused EMDR or Clinical Hypnosis in our work together in order to move things along even more quickly. Please go to my full website at for more information.
