My work with individuals and couples is based on my extensive training with Pia Mellody (Facing Codependence) . Her work focuses on childhood issues/trauma that effect adult functioning. This theory helps individuals and couples understand their painful issues and dysfunctional patterns in life and relationships.
I view our relationship as an opportunity for you to explore in a safe place your story and life. Whether it is in individual or couples therapy. I offer traditional hour sessions. However I also encourage extended sessions (especially couples) so that difficult topics can be explored in depth.
