We believe achieving and maintaining wellness is a dynamic process that involves finding balance within the whole person. Our purpose as therapists is to assist you in recognizing the areas of your life in need of healing and to help you restore a sense of well-being. We offer an eclectic approach to therapy and utilize multiple evidence based treatment modalities with our clients that are both culturally competent and trauma informed. Our intention as practitioners is that you will leave our work together feeling a renewed sense of self and a greater understanding of how to fulfill your individual needs.
As collaborative therapists, our focus is on meeting the client where they are and helping them identify goals in treatment that will allow them to achieve optimum functioning in their lives. Our staff have experience in a variety of treatment settings which allows them to work with clients ages 8 and older presenting with an array of issues.
Concerns we help clients address include, but are not limited to: Anxiety and Mood Disorders, OCD, Substance Abuse, Trauma and PTSD, life transitions, existential crisis/dread, exploring spirituality, grief and loss, low self-image, relational/familial issues, LGBTQIA+ issues, neurodivergence, and chronic illness. Give us a call to get started!
