I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from San Diego, CA providing telehealth therapy services throughout California. I have years of experience primarily working with children and adolescents in a variety of settings (school, residential/group homes, crisis stabilization unit, in-home, and telehealth).
Currently, I work with both youth and adults providing therapy services via telehealth and specialize in helping those who struggle with anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, and more by taking a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and client-centered approach by also using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
