I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, and post-traumatic stress. My therapeutic approach is thoughtful and collaborative, offered in both outpatient and in-home settings. I enjoy supporting children, adolescents, and adults, and tailor care to reflect each person’s unique goals and lived experiences. Drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, family systems therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy, I help clients shift unhelpful patterns, build emotional regulation, and explore relational dynamics.

My goal is to create a safe space for healing and insight, where lasting change is supported by practical tools and meaningful connection.
