I am a Therapist and have been providing mental health services for 25 years in outpatient and in home settings. I see Individuals, Couples, Groups, Families and I address ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Panic Attacks, Post-traumatic stress. My therapeutic interest includes working with children, adolescents, and adults. I am especially interested in working with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma informed therapy, family systems therapy and some Dialectical Behavioral Therapy interventions.
