I work with adults navigating complex trauma, chronic illness, neurodivergent masking and burnout, life transitions, and longstanding patterns of stress or emotional exhaustion. Many of the clients I work with are thoughtful, highly capable people who have spent years adapting to difficult environments while becoming increasingly disconnected from their own needs, limits, or sense of self.

Therapy with me is collaborative, reflective, and paced with care. My approach is trauma-informed, nervous-system-aware, and grounded in relational, mindfulness-based, somatic, and values-oriented therapies. I also integrate spiritual or faith-based resources when meaningful to the client.
