If your symptoms of ADHD (or other executive dysfunction) impact your functioning, productivity, relationships, or sense of self, this support group might be the place for you! Please inquire via my website if you’re interested in joining a space where you can get tips, tools, and support from kindred spirits! Groups start January 8, 2025! Where: Telehealth (virtual) Duration: 10 weekly sessions Format: Open Enrollment (nationwide) Who: Adults with diagnosed (or suspected) ADHD. Participants: 10 max per session Rate: $50 a session (no insurance)

BIPOC College/Grad Students (Starts Jan 8th)

A virtual support group aimed at providing undergraduate & graduate students of color support around issues of impostor syndrome, micro/macroaggressions, belonging, relationships, adopting “whiteness,” and more. The group will meet weekly on Wednesday evenings from 5:00pm to 6:15pm, and enrollment is open to folx nationwide. Attendance is not mandatory, and groups cost $50 per session (self pay only; no insurance option). Each group can accommodate 10 participants, so each week is first come first served.
