I know how hard it can be to ask for help, especially if you’ve spent your life being strong for others. Life can be heavy, and support is important! Therapy can be a safe, supportive space where you feel truly heard and begin creating meaningful, lasting change. My goal is for you to feel heard, understood, and get the guidance you deserve that leads to long-lasting healing and growth. My clients describe my as authentic, relatable, and directive. I am a trauma-informed therapist who supports individuals, couples, and families in healing relational and emotional pain. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems, Structural Family Therapy, and the Gottman Method to foster insight, stability, and connection. Biblical counseling is available when requested.
