I am a trauma-informed therapist who supports individuals, couples, and families in healing relational and emotional pain. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems, Structural Family Therapy, and the Gottman Method to foster insight, stability, and connection. Biblical counseling is available when requested.
