Recovering from ups and downs in a competitive and changing world needs positive understanding of all aspects-information, perseverance, resolve, skills, strategies, resources and balance moving forward. I am committed to meeting where you are, working together to develop new personal life assets for wellness and health, and face challenges or recovering from personal, cultural and institutional challenges. I served compassionately and skillfully with diverse peoples over thirty years, working with men and women, older or young individuals, foreign born or local on anxiety, depression, trauma, thought disorders, substance use, transition or migration reactions problems. My approaches are contextual, person-centered, social justice and trauma informed.
It integrates traditional therapy with authentic Eastern ethics, philosophy and values that is culturally practical. I hope to share our strengths through engaging in dialogues fully to build meaningful relationships in global contexts, enhancing wellness; while we enrich our own thinking space. Educators, professionals, and peers consultation are welcome.
