Depression, anxiety, and a sense of being stuck in the 'same old thing' are common themes. Marital is my post masters training area of emphasis. I also offer courses for premarital and co-parenting. Military, Police, First-Responders, Veterans, and their families are populations I specifically want to support. To do this I practice an evidenced based trauma therapy called EMDR that uses the body's built-in processes for digesting maladaptive information.
