During one of life's emotional and spiritual cross roads my passion and mission became crystal clear. Succinctly, it is to nurture those seeking peace, joy and harmony. Before, during and after difficult and traumatic life events you may need more than the support of family and friends for life resiliency and wellness. Holistic wellness can be pursued by interweaving a nurturing therapeutic, spiritual and safe relationship with other life enriching and healing practices.
I walk with those who have experienced military, first responder and personal trauma. For those experiencing grief and loss, I come alongside helping to find a healthy path forward. Many who are struggling in relationships, with identity and spiritual direction allow me to assist as they seek growth and wellness.
