With more than ten years in the field, I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment of empathy and compassion; a space of gentle strength wherein clients can build their own container for change holistically and whole-heartedly. I work with survivors of trauma, those in the midst of difficult life transitions (such as shifting spiritual identities or relationship changes), and those experiencing anxiety, depression, addictive patterns, and low life satisfaction. Mine is a largely experiential approach where clients deep-dive into the archetypal realm to develop mindful self-awareness, acceptance, self-compassion and accountability.
I work in partnership with clients to create a personalized integrative approach to healing spirit, mind, body, relationships and lifestyle. Our work may include mindfulness, meditation, EMDR, sand play, dream work, spiritual development and transpersonal and relational integration. I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Therapy and Psychedelic Integration work.
I want to empower you to listen to your inner voice of health and compassion, learn self-acceptance, foster commitment to living authentically, and overcome addictive cycles, allowing you to live in commitment to your values.
