As a Sports Psychology Consultant, I have a unique practice in that I specialize in working with athletes who have the desire to take their game to the next level. Being a competitive athlete/coach helps me relate to other competitive people in sports or business. My primary focus is building confidence and eliminating Performance Anxiety. I have worked in the following sports: PGA Golf (Primary), USTA, NFL, USA Hockey, Basketball, MLB, Fast Pitch Softball, Cheer, Gymnastics, Most NCAA Sports, Equestrian, Soccer, Boxing/MMA, Volleyball, Track & Field, Lacrosse, Bowling, Pool, E-Sports, Symphony Orchestra, and Business Analytics.
My graduate degrees are in Athletic Counseling (M.S.) and Sports Psychology (Doctorate). Athletic Counseling targets issues that aren't necessarily sports-related but can detrimentally affect performance. Mental Skills Training is the fundamentals of SP. All consultations are delivered through the Internet via Zoom or Facetime - 100% Online - 7AM to 9PM M-F
I can relate to any athlete due to my extensive professional and academic background.
