As a Sports Psychology Consultant, I have a unique practice in that I specialize in working with athletes who have the desire to take their game to the next level. Being a competitive athlete/coach helps me relate to other competitive people in sports or business. My primary focus is building confidence and eliminating Performance Anxiety. I have worked in the following sports: PGA Golf (Primary), USTA, NFL, USA Hockey, Basketball, MLB, Fast Pitch Softball, Cheer, Gymnastics, Most NCAA Sports, Equestrian, Soccer, Boxing/MMA, Volleyball, Track & Field, Lacrosse, Bowling, Pool, E-Sports, Symphony Orchestra, and Business Analytics.
I also work with parents of athletes to help them understand how their role can help/hurt their athlete. My graduate degrees are in Athletic Counseling (M.S.) and Sports Psychology (Doctorate). Athletic Counseling targets issues that are not necessarily sports related but can detrimentally affect performance. Mental Skills Training is the fundamentals of SP.
