English
| español My theoretical framework is Relational Psychoanalytic Therapy which focuses on assimilating cognitive insight and emotional attachment. Relational analysis focuses on the elements of chronic trauma (CPTSD, anxiety, depression) between feelings, thoughts and behavior while examining the elements of rupture and psychological injury related to developmental derailments & toxic shame. I have extensive training in psychoanalytic therapy.
I am licensed in the states of New Mexico, Maine, & Texas. I offer either virtual (Zoom) or in-person sessions. My physical office is located in Las Cruces, NM. I am fluent in English & Spanish and provide individual (child, adolescent, adult), couples, and family therapy. Counseling, therapy, psychotherapy, psychodynamic, psychoanalytic.
When I can really hear someone, it puts me in touch with that person. I hear the words, the thoughts, the feeling tones, the personal, and the unconscious meanings. I resonate to what the person is saying at a deep level such that I sense the meaning that the person is communicating when words convey one message and the tone of voice conveys a different one.
