Need help with Social Anxiety, generalized anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), or Depression? I specialize in those issues, but I also focus on the issues of panic attacks, phobias, agoraphobia, ADHD and Autism spectrum. I also help with relationship issues, learning to advocate for yourself, and setting boundaries, and learning how our past can affect our decisions today. I am available for in person or virtual sessions. I am a Certified TEAM-CBT Therapist with the Feeling Good Institute.
As your counselor, I will provide you with a safe, comfortable, supportive environment where you can express yourself without judgement or shame, and with acceptance. I enjoy working with clients regardless of race/ethnicity, religious beliefs, or sexual orientation. Working together we will develop your counseling goals and a plan to achieve those goals.
I rely mostly on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, along with person-centered approaches. and motivational interviewing. I worked for 7 years as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, and the last 8 years as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor.
