Hello, I am accepting new clients, and also have a waitlist. Need help with Social Anxiety, generalized anxiety, Autism spectrum, ADHD, or Depression? I specialize in those issues, but I also focus on the issues of panic attacks, phobias, agoraphobia, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). I also help with relationship issues, learning to advocate for yourself, and setting boundaries. I am available for in person or virtual sessions. I am a Certified TEAM-CBT Therapist with the Feeling Good Institute, and a certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS).
As your counselor, I will provide you with a safe, comfortable, supportive environment where you can express yourself without judgement or shame, and with acceptance. I enjoy working with clients regardless of race/ethnicity, religious beliefs, or sexual orientation. Working together we will develop your counseling goals and a plan to achieve those goals.
I rely mostly on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, along with person-centered approaches. and motivational interviewing. I worked for 7 years as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, and the last 5 years as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor.
