About
Dementia related conditions affect over 6 million people in the US and that number is projected to be 13 million by 2050. The most common form of dementia is Alzheimer’s disease (AD), affecting more than 30 million people around the globe. An Alzheimer’s disease diagnosis seemed hopeless and devastating in the past, but the innovative treatment protocol developed by Dr. Dale Bredesen now offers legitimate hope to effectively treat and prevent dementia. Our goal is to prevent or reverse early cognitive decline in those at risk for developing dementia. Thankfully, Dr. Bredesen’s protocol is extremely effective at doing that.
Testing includes cognitive assessment, blood tests, genetic testing, brain imaging if indicated and brain wave/brain function testing. The goal of testing will be to look for evidence of inflammation, hormone and nutrient deficiency, infection (chronic) and toxicity. When any of these are found, we will recommend counter measures to mitigate those issues.
