Our history and the things that have happened to us do not have to be LIFE Sentences. We may remember what has happened to us, but we don’t have to re-live what has happened to us. Life Events shape and create our unique perspective on how we live, work and love, and sometimes we need tuning up. I believe that we experience patterns/cycles of negative thoughts and behaviors which require management and redirection. The trick is to see in advance when conditions are ripe and ready for faltering and what to do about it.
